1 Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kl108 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the kl108 platform.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. kl108 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Any use by underage individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
By registering an account, you also confirm that you are not subject to any legal restrictions in your country or region of residence that prohibit the use of platforms of this nature. Ensuring compliance with local laws is entirely the user's responsibility.

2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account at kl108. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information may result in account termination without prior notice. kl108 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through the required document verification process.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. kl108 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Account Suspension & Closure
Kl108 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account under the following circumstances: fraud or suspicious activity, breach of terms of use, attempts to manipulate the system, promotion abuse, or at the request of relevant authorities. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to serious violations may not be recoverable, depending on the circumstances.
Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the kl108 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, identity fraud, cyberattacks, or any activity that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Violations will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
3 Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the kl108 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use are their own and legally valid.
Deposits can be made via supported e-wallets and online banking. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform. kl108 reserves the right to decline suspicious deposits.
Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet verified under the same registered user's name. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require processing time depending on the chosen method.
Kl108 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by users. Any transaction found to involve fraud will be investigated and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4 Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kl108 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes service interruptions, technical delays, or third-party system failures beyond our control.
The kl108 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All content on the kl108 platform — including design, logos, text, graphics, user interface, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of kl108 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use such content without written permission from kl108.
Use of the kl108 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks for commercial or promotional purposes without prior authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.
